Fibonacci Managers is an investment fund with a focus on dedicated fibre infrastructure. Fibonacci Managers was founded by Emcee Nell, he also co‐founded Capitis Equities Venture Capital Company which had R277 million assets under management as at February 2020.
Fibonacci Managers brought to market a dedicated fibre infrastructure fund called Gaia Fibonacci Fibre Fund (“the Fund”), offering investors attractive risk-adjusted returns based on stable cash flows and annual distribution growth in-line with inflation.
Fibonacci Managers is actively involved in the Fund by procuring premium sites which have already achieved a basic uptake, with the probability that at least 40% of potential clients will sign-on to the fibre network.

Current Projects
Fibonacci Managers is actively procuring premium fibre optic networks for Gaia Fibonacci Fibre Fund. The optic networks are located all over South Africa and the aim is to reach at least 100 000 Home Passes within the next 12 months.
Previous Projects
Fibonacci Managers, has developed over 72 000 Home Passes by May 2024.
